The Bird and The Bat • I just read your piece on the Avengers, but I have to say, why didn’t you mention that there were also no non-white Avengers in the film? Even in passing? Even in your list of lady Avengers you’d like to see in future films, you didn’t mention any of the WOC Avengers or heroes. I’d have to say that the fact that the Avengers were entirely white is just as problematic as the fact that they were mostly male.

I didn’t mention it because that wasn’t what I was writing about. But I don’t disagree with you, it would be great to see more POC next time too.
