They have to put him in the movie, especially since his movie, along with the Thor, Iron Man and Cap movies, were building to the Avengers film. Plus, the Hulk movie never mentioned Bruce having any relatives. Again Monica would be the better choice.

“Except Hulk is a founding member of the Avengers” - Ant-Man and Wasp were founding members of the Avengers, not Hawkeye and Black Widow, yet they are in the film.

“They have to put him in the movie.” - No, they do not. This is not the comics, they can do whatever they want creatively.

“Plus, the Hulk movie never mentioned Bruce having any relatives.” - So add a line in the film where Nick Fury says, “This is Bruce Banner’s cousin.” Done.

You don’t think She-Hulk is the best choice for adding another female Avenger to the movie and would prefer another, that’s fine, but don’t give crap reasons for it.
